How can I order a product?
Once you have found the perfect product for your personal mobility needs, simply click the add to basket button and head on over to checkout. Still unsure? Contact the team directly and we will sort everything for you.
What mobility solutions do you offer?
We offer solutions from simple mobility aids including crutches, walking sticks, and frames to wheelchairs and mobility scooters. In addition, we also offer long-term and permanent home mobility options such as hoists, ramps and stairlifts.
Do you offer rental options?

Can I get a demonstration?
Our team is more than happy to demonstrate any product from our range to you from our Leigh-On-Sea showroom. Visiting will also allow you to get hands-on with any product we have available.
Do you offer delivery services?
Delivery options are available on all products for an additional delivery charge. Orders over £1000 incur no charge.

Are products covered by warranty?
All of our wheelchairs, powerchairs, mobility scooters, riser recliners, care beds, care chairs, and hoists are covered by a one-year guarantee. If there are any issues with a product before then, we will offer full servicing and repair free of charge.

Hire FAQs
What equipment is available for hire?
We have a wide range of mobility aids available for hire. The products on offer include attendant wheelchairs, transit wheelchairs, boot scooters, mobility scooters, hoists, rollators, care chairs, care beds and more!
How does the hiring process work?
Select a category of product that you want to hire, be it a boot scooter, attendant wheelchair, etc. At the checkout you can choose either pickup or delivery. You will then be allocated an appropriate aid for you.
What fees are involved in the process?
In addition to the base fee, you will have to pay a small deposit. Delivery/Collection as well as installation also incurs an added fee depending on the product in question. If you require any accessories for your mobility aids, these will be added at an extra cost.
What support is available during the hire?
If you experience any problems with the product you have hired, do not hesitate to reach out to our team. We will replace, repair or find an alternative to any aid provided by us in order to get you back in action!
Can I return my items early?
Of course, either drop the items back at our showroom or contact our team directly at 01702 470581 to arrange a collection.
