The Alerta Sensaflex 5000 is a memory gel-foam heel slope mattress with built-in side wedge supports. Alerta heel slope mattresses are very high risk profiling memory foam mattresses built with a high density base, memory foam top, and gel-infused memory foam sloping heel section. They are designed with a section of v-cut base foam which creates additional air movement for enhanced pressure relieving properties, providing effective comfort, care and pressure redistribution for users in hospital, nursing and care home environments. To launder the cover in a washing machine, set the main wash to 65˚C for no less than 10 minutes or 95˚C for no less than 3 minutes. The cover can be tumble dried on low heat and the temperature must not exceed 60˚C. The foam can
be autoclaved at 134˚C.
